Specialization: Specialization means to do well one thing — manufacture of the alloy solder powder and try to do it better and better. It also means to understand the essence of the job, review the past, fully understand the present and forecast the future.

Be realistic: Being realistic means to start from understanding the essence, learn and understand the actual situation, study and comply with the objective laws, adopt the realistic working style and attitude so as to make the actual effect be achieved. It also means to be realistic, achieve the actual effects and be responsible for the results.
